PREOVA is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently and reliably as possible.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Pre-order shipping

Products purchased as pre-orders ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or fulfillment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive a tracking notification when your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination once an order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived in a reasonable window, contact us and we will look into it.
