Return and Refund Policy
At PREOVA we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and for safety and quality control reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns
We accept returns only on unopened and unused products that remain in their original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened unused and in its original condition

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Pre Order Purchases
All pre order purchases are final once shipped.
Pre order items are not eligible for returns or refunds after they have been shipped. This policy exists due to production planning and inventory allocation specific to pre order fulfillment.
If a pre order arrives damaged defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
